Parking Ticket Payment Options

There is a late penalty of $20 if a parking ticket is not paid within seven (7) days. Failure to pay parking tickets may result in court action or drivers license suspension.

Listed below are several options to pay parking tickets.

  • Courtesy box, located at the southwest corner of 16th Street and 3rd Avenue. Payments placed in the drop box by 7:00 am will post the same day.
  • In person or by mail at the following locations:

Please include the parking ticket with the method of payment or write the license plate number and/or ticket number on the check so that payment may be applied accurately.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash, checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment.

Parking Ticket Review

If you believe that you have received a parking ticket in error, you may submit a Parking Ticket Review form to the Police Department, 1212 Fifth Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201.
