There is a late penalty of $20 if a parking ticket is not paid within seven days. Failure to pay parking tickets may result in court action or drivers license suspension.

Please include the parking ticket with the method of payment or write the license plate number and/or ticket number on the check so that payment may be applied accurately.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment.
Contest a Parking Ticket
To dispute a parking ticket please fill out the Parking Ticket Review Form and submit it to the Rock Island Department at 1212 Fifth Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201.
