Once this request is approved the property owner will be required to pay a $150 annual fee at the City Clerk's office. The property owner will also need to purchase and post the required warning signs, which can be obtained from the Public Works Department at the cost of $100 per sign. Enforcement of the ordinance will only take place if the signs are properly installed and a representative of the property owner reports illegally parked vehicles to the Police Department.
