The City of Rock Island is seeking a qualified consultant for coordination, feasibility analysis, design development, and permitting of gateway improvements (including welcome signage, lighting, and landscaping) within the State right-of-way southwest of the IL-92 & I-280 interchange. The consultant will act as a technical representative to ensure improvements comply with Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) standards.
