There is designated unlimited free parking or two hour parking zones in the downtown. Metered spaces are also available in City Parking Lot C. Downtown Parking Permits may be purchased to park vehicles in unreserved, unmetered spaces in City Parking Lot C, Lot D, and Lot E on a first-come first-served basis.

Temporary signs may be placed on City boulevards from 12 noon on Thursday to 8 a.m. the following Monday if no part of the sign is closer than five feet from the curb or edge of the roadway, the sign does not impede the use of a sidewalk, and the sign must not create a safety hazard.Streets, Sidewalks & Parking
