Yes, City of Rock Island residents, at least 18 years of age, or college students enrolled in a Law Enforcement curriculum are invited to ride along with one of our police officers. Persons wishing to participate must complete a ride along request form. request form

3. Does the City of Rock Island have a curfew ordinance?

Yes, City Ordinance (Chapter 10, Section 10-59) curfew for residents 16 years of age and younger is enforced by the City. Minors may not be in any public assembly, building or street after curfew hours unless accompanied by an adult. The curfew hours extend from: Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm to 6:00 am Friday and Saturday 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

4. How can I obtain a copy of a crash report?

5. How can I determine if someone is currently in Jail?

We transfer all of our arrestees to the Rock Island County Jail. You will need to call the Rock Island County Jail at (309) 558-3436 to determine if a person is incarcerated and the amount of their bond. Rock Island County
