The public is invited to attend Mayor Mike Thoms' 2024 State of the City address
Mayor Mike Thoms will deliver his 2024 State of the City address on Monday, Jan. 22 at 10 a.m.
The event will take place at Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel, 777 Bally Blvd., Rock Island. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. A light breakfast will be served. The event is free and open to the public.
The State of the City address is an annual presentation by the Mayor of Rock Island to residents, elected officials, community leaders and business owners on the City's accomplishments from the past year and to discuss goals for the future.
