The City of Rock Island is seeking volunteer stakeholders in the areas of mental health, homelessness and tourism to participate and assist in the process of identifying the specific needs in the community and discuss potential strategies, solutions, and/or program ideas. Each focus group will consist of six to eight stakeholders from the community and a member of the city council. 

If you are a stakeholder in one of the identified areas and interested in participating in the focus group, please email Samantha Gange, ARPA Program Manager, at gange.samantha@rigov.org or call 309-732-2009 by Friday, September 23.  Focus group meetings will be held in the month of October 2022.
