The Rock Island 3rd Ward Citizen Advisory Council invites 3rd ward residents to attend a meeting to meet the new Rock Island 3rd ward alderwoman, Judith Gilbert, on Tuesday, June 29 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Police Department Community Room, 1212 5th Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois. 

Alderwoman Gilbert will give residents updates on the proposed water and sewer rate increases, the process for the ARP funds, the 2022 budget process, and the sale of the water and sewer system. 

A portion of the meeting will be devoted to residents having an opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns with Alderwoman Gilbert. 

The meeting will also be available on Google Meet. Residents can join the meeting via their computer or smartphone or they can call in as an option.
