[ARCHIVED] Arrest Warrant for First Degree Murder

On Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 1:31 p.m., the Rock Island Police Department responded to 2403 7th Avenue in reference to reports of shots fired with a gunshot victim at the scene.

The victim, 27 year old Imanuel Nduwayezu, was subsequently pronounced dead at the hospital.

On Monday, December 7, 2020 Detectives with the Rock Island Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Thadeus Sincere Gray, (D.O.B. 05/09/2001), for First Degree Murder, a Class M Felony, with a bond set at $1,000,00.00.

Gray is believed to be accompanied by 17 year old, Midanney Shandi Mae Bernauer, who is considered to be an endangered runaway. Indications are that Bernauer is with Gray voluntarily and was last seen on December 1st at her home in Rock Island.
