Dogs and their owners are invited to a fun afternoon at the Fall Doggie Fest...

Dogs and their owners are invited to a fun afternoon at the Rock Island Parks and Recreation Fall Doggie Fest on Sunday, September 20, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Eleanor Wallace Dog Park and Hasselroth Park located at 28th Street and 78th Ave West Rock Island.

Visit the Dog Market vendors including Contented Canines, D.O.G. and Friends, Diana’s Doggie Delights LLC, Origami Owl, Pure & Simple Systems LLC – Rainbow, Quad Cities Dog Obedience Club, Scentsy, Sonja’s Diamond Painting Obsession, Wags for Wellness QC. Check out the basket raffles, get a smooch at the Doggie Kissing Booth, make a dog toy for your doggie best friend, and play in the dog park!

Special Event and Fundraising Manager, Dan Gleason says, “Through this fun event, we are hoping to raise funds for new features for the Wallace Dog Park including a double ramp platform, sit and stay tables, a leash post, tidy up trash receptacle, a pet waste station, and a dog park bench.”

Hosted by Rock Island Parks & Recreation, the event is free and open to the public. Please bring dogs on leash and observe park rules. Parking is available at the Campbell Sports Complex.
