Starting immediately, 31st Avenue at IL-92 is closed due to water on the pavement related to the Mississippi River flooding. The State of Illinois has closed the ramps at 31st Avenue for vehicles traveling southbound on IL-92.

Starting immediately, 31^st Avenue at IL-92 is closed due to water on the pavement related to the Mississippi River flooding. The State of Illinois has closed the ramps at 31^st Avenue for vehicles traveling southbound on IL-92.

This closure will be in effect until the water recedes.
