Young fans of the popular Minecraft video game may want to mark their calendars for Thursday, March 15.
The Rock Island Public Library will offer a free Minecraft Night on Thursday, March 15, where ages 8 to 18 can play Minecraft on the library's Xbox 360, make some crafts related to the game, and enjoy some Minecraft themed snacks. The event runs from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the Downtown Library Community Room, 401 19th Street. The activity is part of library spring break programming for kids.
