The Rock Island Public Library will offer three "Coffee and Conversation" events to acquaint the public with the library's building plan, and answer questions about library services.
The Rock Island Public Library will offer three "Coffee and Conversation" events next Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to acquaint the public with the library's building plan, and answer questions about library services.
The informal coffees will present information about the library's master plan for improving buildings, show conceptual examples and visualizations of how library spaces could be transformed, and answer constructive questions about the plan. Three Coffee and Conversation events will be offered in library Community Rooms at the following times and locations:
Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 6:00 pm, Rock Island Downtown Library, 401 19th Street,
Thursday, Oct. 26 at 2:00 pm, Downtown Library
Friday, Oct. 27 at 11:00 am, Rock Island Southwest Library, 9010 Ridgewood Road.
The Coffee and Conversation events are free and open to the public.
