Effective immediately, residents in Rock Island between 24th Street and the Moline border, and from 31st Avenue to the Rock River, may experience little to no water pressure and are under a boil order.
Crews are currently working to locate the source of the leak.
Residents in the affected areas are advised to boil all water used for drinking and cooking until further notice. This boil order will remain in effect once water service is restored.
