Rock Island Public Library buildings will be closed Wednesday, June 19, in recognition of the Juneteenth federal holiday. Online services and outside book returns will be available.
Libraries reopen at normal hours on Thursday, June 20:
- Rock Island Downtown Library, 401 19th Street: 10 am to 6 pm
- Rock Island Library Southwest Branch, 9010 Ridgewood Road: 10 am to 6 pm
- Rock Island Library Watts-Midtown Branch, 2715 30th Street: 9 am to 8 pm
