Proclamation declaring Saturday, November 28th, 2020 as Small Business Saturday in the City of Rock Island, Illinois

Mayor Thoms will close the regular meeting and open a Truth in Taxation Public Hearing for discussion on a proposed property tax increase for the City of Rock Island for 2020.
