UPDATE (8/30/21) The Governor of Illinois has issued a statewide mandate to begin Monday, August 30th requiring the use of face masks in indoor facilities. All members, staff and guests age 2 or over will be required to wear a face mask at all times and while exercising in RIFAC.

The Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center (RIFAC) is a family oriented facility suited for all ages and abilities. RIFAC offers a membership fitness facility and a non-member Community Recreation area.
Fitness
The Fitness Center offers a wide range of fitness and cardio equipment, full gymnasium, racquetball courts, adult and youth locker rooms, steam and saunas, swimming pool and hot tub, fitness classes, and much more.
Recreation
The Community Recreation area offers classroom space featuring many youth and adult classes ranging from arts and crafts to Zumba.
