Office of the Fire Marshal only if several requirements are met.
The Office of the Fire Marshal issues permits to licensed professional pyrotechnical personnel for the display of fireworks in the City. The Fire Marshal reviews specifications of the type of fireworks used, visits the site to identify potential problems, and issues the permit in accordance with all code requirements.

The filing fee for an application is $50.
