SUNSET MARINA BOATERS' ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Duties
The Sunset Marina Boaters Advisory Committee was created to advise on matters related to Sunset Marina. The Advisory Committee consists of eleven members who are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. Nine of the members are Sunset Marina boaters and no more than two members may be from the same dock series. The other two members of the Committee shall be residents of Rock Island representing the general public.
The Boater's Advisory Committee has created a Long-Term Planning Subcommittee to review and evaluate improvements to be made to Sunset Marina. Click here for a listing of meeting dates, agendas, and minutes.
