POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION
Duties
The Pollution Control Commission was created to review permit denials at the industrial user’s request, determine if information or data relating to an industrial user is entitled to confidential treatment, hear testimony and evidence concerning permit revocations, and hear testimony and evidence concerning disconnection of service.
Term
Three years.
