CURBSIDE RECYCLING SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
- Any Rock Island citizen or business may join the program.
- Each subscriber will receive one 48 gallon recycling cart.
- All recyclables will be placed in one cart.
- The recycling carts will be emptied every two weeks.
- Once your subscription has been processed, you will receive a recycling cart plus specific information about the curbside recycling collection schedule and setout locations.
- Subscribers may join the program anytime during the year.

The cost is $36 per year per subscriber (billed quarterly).
The City of Rock Island has divided the city into five recycling collection zones. Each zone will be collected every two weeks. Click here for a complete collection schedule.
