The Personnel Department provides a wide range of internal services to various departments. Services provided by the department include: employee recruitment, orientation, training, benefits administration, and contract negotiations. The department also administers centralized copier service, purchasing, cable television, mail service, employee assistance program, group health plans, and a liability insurance program which includes workers' compensation.
