Residency Requirements
Selected candidates must meet a residency requirement, which includes a ten-mile radius on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities within one year of hire date. For Police & Fire the residency requirements extends to a 15 mile radius on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities. To see if you fall into the radius, please click on one of the links above. This requirement does not apply to part-time or seasonal positions.
