REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF INTEREST AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE HISTORIC LINCOLN SCHOOL PROPERTY IN ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS

The City of Rock Island seeks Statements of Interest and Qualifications from companies, businesses, teams, partnerships, individuals and others with experience and/or interest in adaptive reuse projects. The property for which this request is being solicited consists of a former elementary school located in the Broadway Historic Area in the City of Rock Island, Illinois. The City seeks a qualified party to undertake all aspects of the redevelopment of this property.
