BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS

Duties

The Building Code Board of Appeals exists to determine the suitability of alternate materials and methods of construction, and to provide for reasonable interpretations of the provisions of the Code of Ordinances. The board consists of five (5) members who are qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining to building construction.

Term
Three years.
