Hauberg Civic Center

Description
Ideal for weddings, receptions, business meetings, retreats, graduation and birthday parties, and other social events, the Hauberg Civic Center is open year-round. Known as the “Tulip Mansion,” the Center was home to Susanne and John Hauberg from 1911 to 1955, and the children donated the house to the City in 1956. 

Haugberg Civic Center is equipped with all the necessary items to host an event. Two full kitchens are available, stocked with dishes, utensils, punch bowls, coffee makers, and other kitchen items. Food can be brought in or catered. Tables and chairs are available, and linens can be rented for a nominal fee. A video screen, Wi-Fi connection, and even a grand piano are available for an event.

For the bride and groom, dressing rooms are available, and many excellent photo locations are can be found around the property.

Business hours:
  • $15 per room for a three-hour period for not-for-profit & recreational groups
  • $15 per hour (2 hour minimum) for others
Weekends/non-business hours:
  • $175 to $250 for four hours, depending on space requirements
