Longview Park LoinAbout the Park
Longview Park, which celebrated its 100th birthday in 2008, is the home of Whitewater Junction, the railroad themed water park. Ride the water slides or play in the water spray features.

Disc Golf
Longview Park hosts one of the best disc golf courses in the Quad Cities. The course offers 18 holes beginning at the top of the hill and meandering throughout the park on hilly terrain with demanding three-, four-, and five-par holes. A layout of the course may be picked up at the Longview Park Greenhouse or at the Park Office.

Park Rental Information 
Longview Park has two shelters available for a picnics or parties.

Open for Reservations
The shelters are available for rental after April 1 each year.

Spring Plant Sale
Surplus plants from the Longview Park Greenhouse and Gardens, Horticulture Club members, and the public will be sold. Bulbs, ornamental grasses, perennials, annuals, and much more will be on sale. The sale is co-sponsored by Rock Island Parks and Recreation and the Rock Island Horticulture Club. Proceeds from the sale will benefit city beautification projects.
