a. Report from the Human Resources Department regarding payment in the amount of $21,194.23 to Dave Morrison of Rock Island, IL for legal services rendered for the month of April.

b. Report from the Human Resources Department regarding payment in the amount of $3,201.41 to Peter Brown of Rock Island, IL for General Liability claim.

c. Report from the Human Resources Department regarding payment in the amount of $611.93 to Brian Neuerburg for General Liability claim.

d. Report from the Human Resources Department regarding payment in the amount of $10,000.00 to Michael P. Schmiege PC for General Liability claim.
                       
(Motion whether or not to accept the reports and authorize payments as recommended.)

RC* 3. Report from the Human Resources Department regarding bids for the Self Insurance Program for 2017/2018 recommending approval of the self insurance package recommended by Arthur J. Gallagher and third party administration services and recommending approval of payment to Arthur J. Gallagher in the amount of $379,032.00 for the insurance renewals. (Motion whether or not to approve the self insurance package and approve payment as recommended.) 
RC* 4. Report from the Finance Department regarding an adjustment to the CY 2017 Budget recommending increasing the Martin Luther King Jr. Activity Fund by $20,000.00 in revenues and $21,318.86 in expenditures. (Motion whether or not to approve the budget adjustment as recommended.) (010-17)
