Report from the Public Works Department regarding payment #1 in the amount of $244,566.90 to Civil Constructors, Inc. of East Moline, IL for the Water Filtration Facility Project for services provided from July 17, 2017 through October 13, 2017.

Report from the Public Works Department regarding payment #4 in the amount of $131,976.19 to Centennial Contractors of the Quad Cities, Inc. of Moline, IL for the 2017 Sidewalk and Pavement Patching Program for services provided from September 7, 2017 through September 29, 2017.
